Tallahassee home maintenance is absolutely awesome!!!! Had a few home projects that just needed to be done and kept putting them off. I called Jason and he was very courteous, respectful, and easy to work with. He asked to be sent pictures for a over the phone estimate and he came out right away. Finish all my projects in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be calling Jason for all of my future projects.

Jason was awesome. We called him to get carpet replaced on the only day we were available, Saturday. We ended up having him replacing some wood rot on our deck and replacing a bedroom door. We had him price quote replacing our old PVC gutter with aluminum, and we had him go out the next week. During these 2 weeks we had the pilot on our hot water heater go out and he came out within hours to light it. Truly a Master of all Trades. Thanks Jason.

We had a flood caused by a leaky kitchen appliance that took out our dining, living, and master bedroom floors. I called Jason at Tallahassee Home Maintenance and he responded promptly to assess the damage and offer estimates on repairs. We chose Jason to remove the old damaged flooring materials and to install our new floors in all three rooms. He got right to work and the end result is beautiful! When he takes on a job, he works very hard to get the job done quickly yet maintain a high standard for craftsmanship and quality. Jason at Tallahassee Home Maintenance showed great initiative, good communication skills, and he was dependable. We will surely utilize him again as projects for improving our home environment arise. Jason returned my call in a very timely manner and came the following day for the estimate. He did the work that same day. He replaced deteriorated siding on the front of the townhome and replaced some screening in a screen door. It looked great. He was very easy to work with and professional.
