Tancon Inc.

I contracted with Tancon Inc., aka Zach Tanner, for construction of a new, two story, single family house in South Lake Tahoe. Services provided included all rough framing, window / exterior door installation and siding. Zach Tanner provided a detailed contract scope and schedule of values that made monthly progress billings easy to track and approve. Change orders were minimal and fair. Tancon Inc. completed the contract scope on schedule, on budget and the quality of the work was exceptional. Zach Tanner's construction knowledge and attention to the details, combined with a great desire to get it right, made for a successful project. I have a high level of comfort with Zach Tanner's work ethic, honesty and always felt like I was in good hands.

Tancon construction did an amazing job on the house's new porch addition. This addition was a difficult build to tie into an existing, old construction wall and zach's company did a perfect job with excellent attention to detail. Planning on building a garage addition this coming summer and there is no other construction company that I would consider. I highly recommend tancon inc for any construction project and would give 10 stars if it was possibe!

I had pipes freezing in a bathroom after I bought a house. The previous owner had done some work on the exterior to try and temper the issue, but it wasn't successful. Zach came in and was able to explore where the cold spots were with and FLIR camera and found some abnormal cold spots above a window where there was an overhang directly below the bathroom. After opening up the overhang, he found that there was no insulation and the sink and shower pipes were completely exposed. There was evidence of the pipes cracking and minor leaking. He took care of coordinating with a plumber to get the plumbing repaired, then insulated the area properly. The one location on the inside where he had to go through the ceiling was expertly sealed back up and the cut seam only visible if you know where

Zach and his crew were amazing to work with. From start to finish, for full build of new home, they were easy to work with and took care of all the details. Always responsive. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
