I rarely go to this location due to a negative interaction we had with Felicia at the self checkout a while back. I watched as my partner kindly asked a question about a gift card and she snapped at him unnecessarily. The situation felt racially motivated, as the response was completely unwarranted and we noticed she did not have the same rude response towards white customers. At the time, we left a survey and received feedback from a manager stating this would never happen again. Recently, we stopped by for the first time in months and had to purchase an item that had an anti theft locking mechanism on it so we had to go to an actual cashier. Had another problem with two older women employees that were working self checkout. They go above and beyond to be rude and snippy. I’m sorry you’re old and getting paid what a teenager gets paid but it’s your job. This time I will be escalating it to management. And will go even further if necessary. Every other employee at this location is great and super friendly. These two older women have serious issues and go out of their way to make it not only inconvenient. But uncomfortable and not a good experience EVERYTIME. There is an issue every single time i have an interaction with them. Again not a single other employee has a problem. Called ahead for some diaper return since I got some for my babyshower that my baby’s skin didn’t react well too and the guys assured me I could get store credit I called ahead because my baby is on oxygen and I didn’t want to waste time driving to then get told I could I show up some lady greets me and tell me no I can lt return unless I have the receipt and then tells me the box looks tempered with only because it still had a little of the tape from when it was wrapped… wasted my time

Target is as usual a dependable all around department store with high quality products. It outperforms Walmart in every facet and exceeds even your own expectations, despite how specific they may be or how high your bar is. Unlike walmart, I can go to Target and wander for hours. I just become seemingly disassociated from time and continuously find new and appealing items of all sorts. While this is pretty darn cool, it's also very dangerous LOL

They have item prices mislabeled and don’t want to honor the more than $20 price difference. Nor allow a return on the item after we got home and realized we weren’t charged the right price. Thanks target. Won’t be shopping here again.
