Target

The drive up at Target today was absolutely awful. Waited for 30 minutes for someone to come out then discovered they didn’t have the whole order. About 4 things were missing. The girl said she would just go grab it all so I waited again. Overall it took 42 minutes total after I said I was here. I thought doing drive up would save me time but I think next time I’ll just go in and do the shopping myself.

While some of the employees were very helpful and kind, some of the prices were alot higher than other stores for the exact same product. The reason I gave only 2 stars was because alot of the other customers were EXTREMELY rude, loudly laughing and making fun of the way I looked or whatever. I will be doing my best to avoid going there in the future.

Always clean. Employees R helpful and friendly. Plenty of carts and they're pretty much always clean. Excellent selection of whatever trips your trigger. Always fairly well stocked. Prices R Excellent, sale prices R off the charts. Love their holiday and seasonal selections. Their clothes R always on trend and at a nice price. But basic, every day clothes and office wear is always available as well. The place is extremely well lit, bright and much more welcoming and cheerful than Walmart. Their pickup and their 2-your-car service is ALWAYS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE WALMART'S!! Target's return policy is an extra nice feature. I love to shop at Target but the customer service is lacking anymore. I get treated better in Walmart. I'm not sure what Mary's position is in that store but she is not only rude to the customers but also the employees . I went through self check and and I accidentally doubled scanned an item and she basically yelled at me about it.

This place needs help. Never seen such a mess getting into and out of this store. Under staffed and management doesn't care.
