Target

If a law was made that a customer had to choose only one store to shop in, excluding all others, I believe, my choice would be 'Target Stores,' and the one in South Everett, is no exception. They seem to have every nice thing wanted or needed. Their returns are always so easy with pleasant customer service, and their groceries are affordable. I couldn't say with absolute certainty as I would be torn between Target and Walmart prices. However, I love Target Stores!

Generally like shopping at Target. They offer a wide variety of products. The store often looks like a tornado hit it, which is probably true with all the folks shopping there. Their clearance items are often great deals. Checking out is a bit awkward and takes too long...plus their credit card department has difficulty correcting its own mistakes. Still like to shop there but dropped the credit card.

Today I tried to return a $10 air pump and was told I could only exchanged it for the same item. Because of your return policy. I already purchased something else as an air pump because I'm not going to purchase the same faulty item again. I didn't have my receipt with me when I pulled up the Target website and went into my wallet the person behind the desk told me that doesn't work and I have to have the app. I kept asking should I download the app. Then another employee walked up and said no I don't have to and showed me how to get the barcode. When I tried explaining that I felt that this was bad customer service, forcing me to get a merchandise credit or exchange something that didn't work, I got pushed back. I wasn't specifically complaining about them I was saying I don't think this

So. I bought the new air pods pro 3 last Thursday and I tried em out and just like the last generation, it had problems staying in my ears. I go to return them this morning and the older lady is using a magnifying glass to look at the serial number on each air pod. She then informs me she cant do a return because each air pods serial number is different than the one of the box. I said this is all original with what came. She calls a “team lead” over and is basically trying to not accept the return. I asked does the serial number on the case match the box and she said yes but the air pods each had a different serial number. She finally gave me my refund after saying you are not doing this right. I recently bought a stroller car seat combo at target which was a great price. I am unable to lift over 20lbs right now. The two associates that helped at the drive up (wish I got their names) were amazing! They were super friendly, professional, and had smiles on their faces the entire time. Even with the box they lifted they were happy to help and I am so grateful for them!
