Target

Avid patron but this location needs better customer service. Pickup orders are consistently past the advertised two-hour window — including today. When I asked about it, the manager told me the two-hour window will basically never happen. If that’s the case, it shouldn’t be promoted as an expectation. What was more frustrating was the lack of customer service. When I asked what could be done, the manager (yes I went there!) said there was absolutely nothing she could do except put in a complaint with corporate (laughable). As a manager myself, I know there is always something you can do — offering of a solution or a small gesture of understanding perhaps. Blaming "corporate" isn't a solution. Delays happen, but poor communication and indifference shouldn’t. Very disappointing experience.

Ordinarily, I find the people that work at Target to be kind and helpful. I know on more than one occasion they have gone out of their way to help me. Since we live over an hour away from Kona and my daughter was going to be in town, she offered to stop by Target to pick up my order. She was met by a clerk named Lorrin. She told him why she was there, and showed him the emails I had forwarded her to pick up the order. He was difficult, condescending, and rude. As a family, we tried to extend to people, especially people that work in difficult jobs, but this clerk was continually rude. Oddly enough though, as her husband walked up, he immediately became helpful. I’m not sure what this young man’s problem was, but his attitude is not in keeping with the level of customer service that

We usually don't go here. They had some of items we were looking for. They had lamp shades that weren't with the attachment on top. It seems hard to find this feature. Some personal items were available. They have a great selection of clothing and other department store goods plus food items too! There is plenty of off street parking. Longs drugs is located inside the store.

Target is my favorite to shop however person at fitting room is very rude does not know how to speak with customers. Can someone please speak with her, we are paying customers that’s not the way to treat anyone. I visited this target on 2/14/26 approximately 1:15pm. Ps; In future if I see any good changes to this person behavior definitely I will comeback and leave better review.

They were out of nearly all their sunblock. What good is a Target in Hawaii without sunblock? They were also pretty low on cheap men's flip flops. What good is a Target in Hawaii without flip flops? The employees were nice and helpful, though. Plus 1 star because they have a really cool food trucks in the parking lot on Fridays.
