Target

My boyfriend and I recently shopped at target and a lady named Chris checked us out. She was so sweet and accommodating to us both to double bag both our purchases as they were surprises for each other. She had a great attitude, so friendly and kind. She made our night!

I’m a senior citizen and I am wondering why they require to see ID’s when purchasing cough syrup. I have never experienced such in other stores or pharmacy. Is there a new law?🤔

Nice and clean target. It is updated as most are now with the new layout. There’s someone at the front cleaning carts due to covid which is always a nice touch. The store itself wasn’t busy, especially for it being a couple days before Christmas, but the checkout lines were quite long. Great experience overall. They do have a food section but it Isn’t as comprehensive as a super target.

I have been to this store many times, but twice within a few weeks. The store is clean and fully stocked. The customer service was excellent. I even needed to ask a person on the floor if they carried a particular product. They were very happy to check into it...and not act like I was an inconvenience. There are a lot of places I can choose to spend my $ and because of the customer care and cleanliness...this will be one of them.

Shout out to Theresa, the manager at the store, for handling the crash on Friday so well, by maintaining her calm and reassuring the customers. I came in pretty upset about the order that vanished, and she was kind and professional in her reassurance to me. Unlike a sales woman I encountered earlier that day with a demeaning attitude, Theresa was understanding and kind, and it made me as a customer in distress so to speak, feel so much better, until the issue was fixed.
