The inspection was quick, and I paid. They sent me the certification. When the building department inspector asked for the CFM number, they said to wait and promised to call back. From morning until afternoon, I didn't receive a call, and when I called them, they still said to wait. In the evening, they called me to say they couldn't do it, and then they hung up. I called again, and they never answered. Terrible, awful service.
