Steve at Taylor’d Restorations has completed several projects for me and my family. Concrete sidewalk, window replacement, roof repair, front door landing replacement are examples of the variety work his team has done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

Steve and his team have done a number of projects around our house, including a bathroom renovation, a kitchen floor redo, and repair after a frozen water pipe. The team communicates very well and we are quite happy with the quality of the work. We will use them again if we have more home renovation to do.

We were closing on a home purchase and at the final walkthrough we found out there was significant water damage in the foyer from a recent storm. Since the seller didn't disclose the issue to us we were blindsided but knew we had to get a grasp of what it was going to potentially cost to remidiate the issue prior to closing. I called Steve at Taylor’d Restorations and within 48 hours Steve cordinated site visits with some of the best tradesmen in the area (notably masonary and windows) and applied his expertise from his experience in restoration work to create a rock solid bid to that we could take to closing negotiations. Taylor’d Restorations just did a big repair and restoration of my water-damaged ceiling and walls. they replaced the ceiling in the bathroom and the wall in the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom. All done very efficiently and professionally. I live in a condo building that is almost 100 years old. One room had drywall the other plaster.
