Excellent job! Mr Taylor came and explained what he had to do to repair our leaking toilet, and the price it may cost. He repaired it, efficiently and was very respectful throughout the process. Mr Taylor is punctual, professional, friendly and very honest. He has come to our house several times and fixed problems spanning from toilet and faucet issues and has installed some bidets. We have used him as a second opinion for a plumbing issue when a plumber out of Frisco (very big company sent two seemingly inexperienced guys) tried to trick us into replacing the sink and mount whereas Mr Taylor was able to fix the problem within an hour (without redoing the bathroom) for a very reasonable price. His work has held up well over the past few years.

I called Taylor Plumbing the night before and was called back by 10:00am the next morning, They said that I was on their list to visit and they would be there in 3 hours. Charles checked my problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. The repair was done promptly and I was very satisfied with Charles's work. I will call Taylor Plumbing right away again when I have another plumbing job.
