We purchased a new front door for our business recently and had a mix-up on the type of opener we wanted. The folks at TC Glass were great about getting right on it and replacing the opener with the one we preferred. Very pleased with the installation and service.

What a disappointment! We purchased a new commercial front door for almost $3000 just over a year ago and have been having some problems with it lately. When I called TC Glass today to see if they could fix it I was told blankly that they don't service doors anymore and to call someone else (she recommended Garden City Glass). Ironically, TC Glass does have a service team that can repair doors, but only if they are under warranty. Sadly for us, we are just out of warranty by a few months so we are sol. So 'BUYER BEWARE," you can spend thousands of dollars with these folks and you will be on your own when you have a problem.

I used TC glass for years but they have grown and changed... for residential windows they are about 35% more money then the competition for the same low e brandless window....the staff that take residential orders changes out every 90 days so the person who takes your order, won't be there when you receive your order. This means if you got a price for bid the person ordering the window 2 months later didn't put the bid together and will screw it up... So I loved TC glass for years but believe they have moved to commercial builds and bathrooms... areas where they can maximize profits if you want window help call else where...

They have struggled for over a month to get 2 handicap accessible button to respond and open the doors for a healthcare facility. Now it is completely not working and they scheduled a service person for more than a week after the doors went down. Poor response to a healthcare facility.
