Contacted TDS because we had some shingles coming loose on the back of our house. Troy was here the same day to assess and back the next morning to fix it. Very nice and reasonable pricing. Will definitely be contacting again for any future roof/siding needs.

Total tier service by TDS. Our house needed a roof badly for a while but my wife and I were scared to pay out a large sum. We tried to talk to our insurance company years ago when some shingles were flapping in the wind and the insurance company only offered a couple of thousand to partially replace the roof (my initial attempt). I spoke with TDS and was assured that this time would be better. It sure was. As soon as I filed a claim and was assigned an adjuster, TDS picked it up from there. They came out to my house to meet with the adjuster and even helped the adjuster out when she had a hard time getting to spots on the roof. A+ service. We had a 20 year old roof and a bad storm in March. Insurance was not cooperating. Troy was absolutely essential in getting the entire roof replaced. He is a subject matter expert. Throughout 6 weeks of back and forth with the insurance company he kept us informed, intervened with the carrier and pushed the approval through. The roofing crew was efficient, professional and clean - not one piece of debris left behind. The whole process was low stress because we had a great advocate on our side.
