If I could put negative stars I would! DO NOT USE "Team Costello" What a unprofessional, not truthful owner, Chuck Costello of team Costello is. We booked to have a POD loaded 6 weeks before move 9:00 am start time. We confirmed 3 weeks before adding date to have POD unloaded once we secured dates. Then followed up less then a week before to triple confirm dates & time. 9:15 rolls around no "Team Costello" Call , Chuck Costello said movers in route..asked what ETA was, he said he didn't know and hung up. Another hour passes..called again, now Chuck stopped taking our calls, returning voice messages or texts. No team Costello every showed..no call. We had 1 day to get POD of a 3 bedroom house and entire contents loaded. At 11:00 that left husband with bad back, myself and 84 year old father

I am sorry to be reading these most recent commentaries. I used Team Costello last year while moving from Orlando, FL to Palm Coast, FL and two gentlemen showed up, Chuck Costello and another whose name I can't recall unfortunately. I can say that they both showed up on time, very professional and helpful to myself and my family. They loaded and unloaded the truck in what we thought was record time and assisted us in rebuilding our furniture. Again, very helpful and clean work, no dent were made on any walls nor were there any damages made to the furniture. Absolutely fantastic and very grateful to them. I am actually looking to move again and went looking for them specifically and that's when I found these comments. I was truly shock to read these most recent encounters with the Costell

Like many before me, we booked with “owner” Chuck Costello weeks in advance for help from 8am-12pm - then no call no show. Chuck, Jarrod, Tyrone: Maybe should do pools or yard work because they can’t be trusted With important time-driven, planned work like moving when you need them. They referred us BACK to the uhaul site we found them on. Our entire timeline is off (used PL at work, real movers coming Saturday - 2 days later than planned - but we have to have the other place cleaned and be back to work on Monday). Hire a real moving company, not Chuck and his lackeys.

Will and Cody were on time (actually a few minutes early). They were professional, courteous and efficient through and through. they went right to work and got the job done quickly. In addition, Team Costello kept me informed in the days leading up to the move. I would recommend this company to anyone. GREAT JOB. I am 100% satisfied.

Literally ruined my life by no-showing. Despite booking them five weeks in advance and confirming the date multiple times, this “team” no-showed on our moving date. After we’d already rented the truck. On Memorial Day Weekend — also the busiest moving weekend of the year— when it was impossible to find anyone else.
