Team Rooter does indeed have a superior crew! Kevin Zamora is a truly excellent and supportive professional plumbing expert. His work was tight and very clean. We can highly recommend him. His colleague, Robert, worked side by side. Andres Velasquez was kind and helpful in explaining the scope of work and cost. It was a collaborative team process to determine the problem and plan the needed remediation.

Steven and his team were hard workers and very professional. They showed up and went to work. They told me what was needed to be done and showed me pics and just walked me through each step. I didn’t expect it would be such a huge job. When a sewer pipe bursts it becomes a big job. I’m just grateful these guys stayed with me for the 3 days and explaining everything that was happening. They were very open and explained their whole process. Also a big thanks to Andres as well for showing me pics of the pipes and also keeping me calm and not stress out. I am really grateful for this team. Thank you so much Angel and Edwin.

Edwin first came for a kitchen not draining. He was very professional and efficient. He introduced himself well. He reported the problem and as requested, hydrojetting was done to clear the drain. Unfortunately, there was a bigger problem but as explained thoroughly by Danny, the site supervisor, more work has to be done to correct the problem on the drains underneath the house. My son and I approved of the needed suggestions so, the whole drains were replaced including the sewer lines going to the main. All crew from Team Rooter are amazing including Anthony. Very reliable team and updated us every step of what was going on in the process. They all did a very good job! Thanks Team Rooter!

Kevin was dispatched to our office and he was amazing!! From customer service to the work/service he provided! Kevin is very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and neat and clean! Excellent work!
