My Experience with this Company was the worst one I have ever had with any company. I walked though the door and the first thing I heard was we not interested , no Hi or Hello. The roughest was unreal. Do not spent your time or money here. A friendly warning!

They came out to check 2 things....our stove & our fryer. They had to give us a quote to fix the stove...took 3 weeks and the quote was twice as much as buying a new one. They checked the fryer that same day, told us it was a bad cord & they could order a new one. They took the cord with them (did not have permission to do so) & after 3 week of nagging them, told me they couldn't get a replacement & had to send the cord back to me via fedex. I replaced the cord in 3 days (less time than it took for the cord to come back). Their very bad technician, came out one time, did absolutely nothing & then had the audacity to bill us for coming out twice even though they never came out a second time. Since they never did a thing in our restaurant, why claim you came out twice??? They are still tryin

We have a MTI 40-C AutoFryer that fries product at our bar. There’s only a handful of companies that does maintenance and repair on these units in the state of Florida. We needed to replace the motor basket assembly and Tech24 came out and did a FANTASTIC job with the repair. Bennie, the tech, was on time, knowledgeable and showed me how the part was going to be installed. I use Tech24 anytime I need something done right.

Terrible service! Waited over a week for them to come out. They could not fix but said they would send an estimate. 10 days later, no estimate. Got someone else to do the repair but they still charged me to come out and do nothing including not give an estimate. Tried to call but only got transferred to voicemails that were full. Never again.

Great service technician from the moment of arrival. We are greatful we discovered this company for our servicing needs.
