Ted Jones Appliance

When our dishwasher stopped working correctly, I knew I wanted a local service tech to take a look at it. Josh & Ted were able to get us initially scheduled within a day of calling them. From there, they solved multiple issues with our dishwasher rather quickly and told us we could call them back within 30 days if it still wasn't working right so they could look at it again. They were very professional, friendly, and explained each issue with our dishwasher as they found them (an electrical valve not working, a loose wire, and a fried control board). Our dishwash works like it's brand new now! The Jones will definitely be our go to for any future appliance repairs needed!

This was the most horrible and unprofessional experience I have ever experienced! Ted Jones came out to my house to repair my washer. When he came out he initially stated that nothing was wrong with my washer and that the loads were off balance but he wanted to replace the drum and the price of the drum was $40. This was on a tuesday! He didn’t come back out to my home until the following Tuesday! He replaced the drum but when my husband asked him if we could do a test cycle to make sure it was working he declined and stated that he was positive everything was fine! Later that evening we went to use the washer and it kept giving a error message saying that the lid wasn’t closed! I would recommend Ted Jones Appliance to EVERY & ANYONE!!!! they are absolutely THE BEST, MOST HONEST people!!! Got a super fantastic refrigerator. They delivered it set it up and removed my old frig. Cannot say enough good things about this guy!!!

I had issues with our gas dryer and another company charged us $80 to walk in the door turn the dryer on and tell me to clean the dryer vent to fix out problem. Didn’t even take the unit apart to test and look at anything. Needless to say after cleaning the dryer vent out nothing changed. I called Ted Jones Appliance who came out just days later. They took the unit apart, diagnosed and repaired my dryer all in a matter of an hour saving me from having to spend $600+ on a new gas dryer. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know.

The first thing Tedd asked me to do was to be quiet when we walked in my garage. He wanted to use his 60 years of experienced repair hearing and he was right on point.
