Tedder pool services and maintenance

I absolutely love Tedder Pool Service & Maintenance. David has been amazing. I have run into several pool catastrophes over the years most recently during the freeze. I woke up to a totally empty spa and was unable to turn the pool off I immediately contacted Tedder pools and he immediately responded. Within 20 minutes he was at my home addressing the issue. He is so knowledgeable and has always been able to address and correct any issue that I have had. Also, my pool chemical levels are correctly maintained and the water always looks beautiful and crystal clear and his pricing is great.

Mr. Tedder has given excellent service since hiring. He is affordable and reliable. When something needs changing ,he (Mr Tedder) explains and gives alternatives of choice. He has always been available through some form of communications. Mr. Tedder spotted a situation with my pool after new construction where I was able to get company repair the issue that could've been worse if not detected. Mr Tedder comes highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed in the service that I’ve had with this company for the last three months. Never shows up on the day that he is scheduled Comes out on a completely different day without a phone call or text to make us aware. We feel like we are constantly chasing him down to make sure he services our pool. The pool is not cleaned consistently. He was always paid on time Sad that this is the experience that we had with a highly recommended five star company good luck to whoever chooses to use them

If I could give more stars I would. I can’t say enough good things about David. Since the first time I contacted him, he’s been an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He’s great. He is currently servicing 2 properties for me and he’s been consistent, he always informs me of everything. Keeps me well updated. His prices are great and he does a wonderful job and is very reliable. I’m lucky to have him servicing my pools!!

Dave is very knowledgeable with everything with regards to pool service. He corrected my chemicals and cleaned my DE filter. When needed, any plumbing or valve correction, he performs the job as needed immediately. He now does my weekly pool service expertly keeping my pool looking and running great.
