Vicky was outstanding on the customer service side—friendly, responsive, and professional. Mike Wallace came out to troubleshoot my furnace and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He clearly takes pride in his work. Cody Lansky followed up with a quote for a new furnace and water heater and was just as impressive. Overall, I’d give the entire team 10 stars. Not only did Cody arrive ontime, but provided several options for a room with insufficient heat. His friendly and thorough manner allowed me to ask multiple questions. He shared with me an optimum solution with others that might help later on. He explained the proposal for a piece of equipment to be installed. To be clear, this visit was purely an assessment. I have not paid for the item or service yet, but look forward to this improvement in our home.

Great service. Josh White helped me troubleshoot my furnace on the first cold weekend of the season and got it running again fast. He walked me through the fix over FaceTime, was clear, detailed, and professional, and didn’t try to upsell an emergency visit. Really appreciated the prompt help. Five stars.
