Over the years I’ve been serviced by quite a few a few different companies. This one is unique in that the speed and communication they give you are exceptional. If I could give 10 stars i would. Needless to say they fixed the issues with the heat pump, thermostat and went beyond by cleaning out the dryer vent.

Do not use this company! They did a bad job replacing the air handler and ac unit and refused to stand behind their work with horrible customer service! They had to come out several times to diagnose the problem before they sold me a new unit and air handler. They stepped on my living room ceiling from the attic and caused a crack in my ceiling. When they left I found the trim to the attic entrance laying on the floor of my closet and when I asked them to come back in to fix it they did a crappy job slapping it back up into place. My air handler is doing a better job cooling my attic than the rest of the house. I had an issue with my gas heating system that had been worked on two or three times by another well-known HVAC company. The same problem continued and the expenses were adding up. So, I took a chance and called TemperaturePro (found on the internet) for another opinion. Cody Gilliam, technician, spent most of the afternoon making several tests and repairs. The next day the owner, everyone calls him "T", returned to install one last part. My high-efficient gas furnace has never run better, and "T" followed up the next day to be sure everything was working properly. Their pricing was a bargain compared to what I paid the other company.
