TLC gave my much needed yard some TLC! I’ve used other outfits to fertilize and mow, always with mixed results; usually burnt lawn spots and a few strips missed on mows. They’ve even shown up to spray for weeds in the cracks of the driveway, never have I ever. These crews are meticulous, professional and dialed into their tasks. Also had them move a drain tile, re-edge the beds and lay new mulch. Property has never looked better. Highly recommend.

Always happy with my weekly lawn service and fertilizer program from TLC - they always do a great job! Yesterday I had Garrett and crew out to do a one time pruning and trimming of some of our low lying shrubbery and small trees and I can not say enough positive things about these employees! They were polite, friendly, easy to talk to, and followed through with making sure I was happy with the work they had done before they left. Everything looks great and I hope next year I can have Garrett and the same crew come out again. Would absolutely recommend, and TLC I really hope you can recognize these employees for doing such a wonderful job and representing your company so well! Much appreciated!

While I am ultimately happy with the way our new landscaping looks, there are multiple things that Tender Lawn Care should do to improve their services. First, I want to acknowledge Jake’s outstanding communication when it came to the initial quoting and visiting our home multiple times when we had questions. He had great ideas when it came to landscaping designs for our front yard, and even made suggestions of things we could do to improve our backyard landscaping with things we already had! I was very impressed with quick response time with calls and emails from Jake. Here’s where the communication lapsed- First, both of the times TLC came for landscaping there was no notification. I used this company for 3 years and I even left a great review on the 2nd year but on the 3rd year the yard took a turn for the worst and I asked if they changed their product, they claimed they didn't. I told them I didn't want to use their service anymore and hired a different company for the start of '25. The new company treated my yard but 2 weeks later Tender Lawn care shows up to weed/feed my yard and charged me. I called and told them I had canceled the previous year and didn't want to use them anymore for the '25 season but they claimed I never called them. So I sent them the check with a letter stating that I had called in '24 to cancel for '25 and I shouldn't even pay but they cashed the check anyway. I'm guessing money is more important than bad reviews.

These people drive around recklessly! I was behind a truck that had an empty trailer. I kept my distance because I could see debris falling off. Unfortunately I could not switch lanes and sure enough I it happened. I got a nice little crack. I called and they were pleasant on the phone. Week goes by and I hear nothing so I call back and they say there is no way for them to prove it so they will do nothing. Not a sorry nothing. All I have now is a cracked windshield and an abundance of spam emails from them
