Tender Loving Carpet Care did a fantastic job for our three floor library. They were able to get out some really tough stains from both our carpet and upholstery, and everything looks fresh and clean again. Adrienne and her team are professional, thorough, and were willing to work around our schedule. They are super friendly, and easy to work with.

They did an excellent job! Fair rates, in and out in 30 minutes for a studio apartment. Very easy to work with and responded quickly to messages! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned and support small business!

I called to make a carpet cleaning appointment at noon today, and they arrived at 1:00! That was such a wonderful surprise! They were friendly, courteous, respectful of property, professional, and very reasonably priced. The trio works like a well-oiled machine. My carpet looks beautiful. I recently hired Tender Loving Care Carpets to clean and deodorize the carpets at my home, but unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. Despite the company’s claims of performing extra steps, such as vacuuming pet hair and treating urine stains, the results were far from satisfactory. When my wife returned home, it was as if the carpets hadn’t been cleaned at all. She ended up renting a basic carpet cleaning unit and achieved much better results herself. While the company suggested that immediate contact might have allowed them to address the problem, the need for a second cleaning so soon after a "professional" service speaks volumes about the quality of the work.
