Tennessee Outdoor Furnaces

Took 2 years to receive my stove after paying cash. They tried to deliver a stove twice, one year after I paid for it, but each one was so badly damaged by the transit company that the owner told me to refuse the shipment and send them back. Another year later (two years after payment) I finally got my stove. Now that I have my stove its incomplete. It does not have the 2 pumps, boiler treatment, or flue cover I paid extra for. Amber and Terry have told me numerous times that all the accessories had shipped. Obviously a lie. Now they have quit returning my phone calls, texts, and voice messages. This entire process has been a joke. Hundreds of text messages, phone calls, emails, all saying each week that my stove was shipping out and I would have it shortly. FYI....all the positive review

This place told us they would repair our doors in a week turnaround. We are going on a month and have not even started them. I was told I should have sent them in the summer because they have to many orders now to work on our doors. They will lie to you just to get you off the phone. Our doors were stuck at the shipper due to an outstanding balance from Tennessee outdoor furnace. Do not spend your hard earned money here, to many stoves are being built by honest companies. Oh yeah huge leak after 3 seasons......

This company has the poorest customer service. I purchased my stove January 1st of 2017 paid cash for it. After several calls with no response I finally received it the first week of December 2017. Terry the owner said he would hook me up since it took almost a year to get. Well didn't get hooked up with anything and come to find out it doesn't come with the pump or the vent and rain cap even after he said he would send them. I strongly do not recommend this company.

I have had my Hoss 300 for 5 years now. I am happy with most everything. There is not a good deal around the flue pipe going through the sheet metal on the roof. The door is warping inside and I am loosing a lot of heat thought it. I have been working on getting this resolved since August 2017. I was told the new door would be $500 plus shipping. I told them it was still under warranty and I would be willing to pay the shipping. I also maybe I could fix it myself. I cannot get anyone to get back with me. I have a very long email chain that is 17 emails long. Most of those are me trying to get answers. The blower is too big because my flue pipe inside had burned a large horseshoe shaped hole at the bottom. This is from too much air being pushed in. The pipe used to get Cherry red as well as

Do not order from them! Unless of course you prefer getting the run around time and time again! We placed an order in March, paid in full by March 9th for the furnace, some additional items (hose, pump, etc) and shipping, check was immediately cashed, of course! We were told to expect a 6-8 week turn-around for delivery of the furnace. We received the additional items ordered within a few weeks. Here we are 7 months later... below freezing nightly temps and no furnace! We call multiple times a week with no success. Our BBB complaint has gone unanswered. Now we have sent a complaint to the TN Attorney General.
