Joel is very nice and mannerly. He does a great thorough job. He is very good at taking time to answer any questions that we have. He is excellent at what he is doing. And he has gotten rid of our spiders. Thank you so much Joel and Terminex.

Terminix provided excellent service! My technician, Dunning, was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. The service was efficient and effective, and I’m very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Terminix, especially if you get Dunning as your technician.

Mr. Joseph Weed is an asset to Terminix he’s professional, on time always and just a kind caring person. I would recommend terminix for services just because of employees like this. He always does a good job.

The service didn’t help to control the bugs we were seeing in the house. Constantly change appointment times/dates without informing the customer. They no called/no showed 3 separate times. Waited 3 weeks to get someone out on contract which we already paid for. They kept changing the date and time and never ended up coming out. Cancelled our service. I see Terminex has a blanketed response to email their customer service rep but I have talked to the reps repeatedly already with no resolve…why would I waist my time with replying and emailing reps again when there was plenty of time to already address this. When we called to get a rep out they tried to sell us the home inspection 4 separate times even though we continually told them we don’t own the home. They couldn’t seem to update the

Always a professional, Dunning Weed has taken time to listen, addresses the problem, makes my problem his problem. He has come between regular service calls to solve issues, and is very courteous. He knows what he's doing and gets the job done!
