Mark from Terminix has been outstanding to work with. He is incredibly responsive, professional and thorough. Anytime we reach out with a question or concern he gets back to us quickly and makes sure everything is handled properly. He takes the time to carefully assess the situation, explain what he’s doing, and answer any questions so we feel confident in the process.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Terminix, and I especially want to recognize Mark for the outstanding service he provides. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining every step of the pest control process. I feel confident knowing that he takes the time to address all of my concerns and ensures that the job is done correctly. One of the dirtiest companies I have ever dealt with. Impossible to cancel services anyhwere on their website and agents will lie to you and tell you've canceled / will receive a confirmation that will never come. You will have to write multiple formal emails canceling your service and spend multiple hours on hold to finally receive acknowledgement that you are both canceled and have paid in full. While I finally received these acknowledgements after beginning this process 12/28/2025, we'll see if they stop harassing me. Will circle back here if so. In addition the service itself did absolutely nothing for a minor ant issue I had in December. Took a lot of money from me (over $400). Avoid this company.

I had a great experience with our Terminix technician Luis. He arrived right on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was very thorough with the inspection and treatment, and made sure to address all of my concerns. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I feel much more confident knowing our home is being protected by someone so knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Terminix did a really good job at my work. Our technician, Luis, was very thorough and helpful with all our concerns and questions. He was efficient and would make sure to let us know what he is doing and the reasons for doing so! We hope he continues helping us!
