Terminix has been excellent for our multi-plex property. When we purchased the property, we were dealing with ongoing bug issues that previous pest control companies were unable to get under control. Terminix truly went above and beyond — they made promises and actually kept them. Their service has been professional and prompt, appointments are reliable, and we saw results quickly. Levi is our service technician and he is great to work with. He communicates clearly about what’s happening in each unit, is always on time, quick to answer questions, and willing to make extra visits outside of scheduled service days when needed. Highly recommend Terminix for multi-unit properties and anyone looking for dependable, effective pest control.

Jim always does a great job. We have quarterly service. He texts a couple days in advance and shows up the day and time he told us he would arrive. He is a nice person and we very much appreciate his service!

I noticed squirrels tearing insulation out of my house near my attic. I called Terminix. Seemed like it was answered in a call center. The woman I spoke with clearly did not speak English as a first language, which is fine; however, that may have been the reason my phone number was documented incorrectly. I asked the woman if they do animal damage repair and was told that they do. An appointment was scheduled for the 30th, 10-11:30. I had to work, so my mom waited at my house for them. They hadn’t shown up by 11:30 so my mom called me and left. I checked my email and discovered I was emailed at 10:04 that they couldn’t reach me at the number they had for me. Jim is terrific! He’s very pleasant, professional, and diligent. Jim makes sure to contact you to make sure you will be home when he plans to arrive. He’s also flexible if you need a different date.

Patrick does an amazing job! He is always quick to respond and make sure that any issues are taken care of as quickly as possible! We use them for our preventive care and have been super happy with results.
