I had a great experience with TERMINIX and I especially want to recognize Ismael for his outstanding service. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before getting started. Ismael was punctual, worked efficiently, and paid attention to detail while treating my home. You can tell he truly cares about doing a thorough job and making sure the customer is satisfied. Thanks to him, I already see a huge improvement. Highly recommend this company, and if you get Ismael as your technician, you’re in great hands!

We contacted terminix for a free inspection just to make sure there were not signs of any unwanted critters in our home. Brian was our associate who was on call. He was very personable and knowledgeable and provided us with genuine direct feedback while also being able to ease my husband and I's nerves lol. Some companies who offer the free inspection dont provide the same customer service that we received from Brian. You can tell he cares about what he does and what impression he leaves on those he makes contact with. Definitely left with providing us solutions for long time prevention and was very thorough with explaining the information. Excellent job Brian, give this man a raise!

We’ve been contracted with Terminix since we moved into our home two years ago and have been so pleased with our service. Our technician, Brian, is so prompt and kind and he offers great suggestions and appropriate services to keep our home pest free. He has also personally rescued me from more than one lizard which I am so grateful for!! I would recommend this branch of Terminix to anyone in the area.
