***Edit- the Lancaster branch manager has since called me back & apologized for the lack of communication. He has recently transferred from another branch & is working out the kinks in this area & training staff. I asked for a refund for this last years contract since I prepay for that year & we did not have our inspection or any visits during that time. He agreed to refund me which goes a long way in my book for his attempts to try to make it right. Because of this, I will keep an eye on reviews here to see if their service gets better & will maybe consider trying them again in the future. I am so happy with the fantastic job terminix did at my home getting rid of mice that were in my attic at our york pa home. Zach was awesome and my family is so happy with the project ❤️ that he made me a forever customer for sure. The mice in our ceiling and attic insulation had been keeping us up at night and Terminix diagnosed the problem quickly during their inspection. The crews were quick and very professional in sealing up the house and making sure all access points were sealed from future entry. The attic insulation clean up crew did an incredible job removing the attic insulation and replacing with new pest treated attic insulation to complete the job. I would highly recommend Zach if you have any mice in your attic in York PA 17401.

Ken Cowan was very professional, punctual, and respectful. He explained the service clearly, answered my questions, and made sure everything was treated properly. I appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service.

Rebekah is the absolute best! She did a fantastic job and was so understanding and accommodating. I would gladly recommend her to anyone who needs pest control services!

My Terminix tech, Jim, is great. He communicates with me always, before and after treatment. He always inquires if I am having any specific new bug problem. He is professional and intelligent but very personable. I hope he continues to be my technician.
