Pete completed the inspection of my existing termite bait stations. He was thorough and honest. I want to be clear that this is a positive review of Pete and my experience with his service. My experience with Terminix and the company at large has not been positive. I’ve had many issues with Terminix and the management, but Pete was very helpful in attempting to resolve my issues.

Aaron and Tony were amazing! They arrived on time, were incredibly helpful and respectful, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Such a joy to work with!

Iyar did a fantastic job helping me get the best quote possible and tailoring it perfectly to my needs. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with throughout the process. Tony handled the pest mitigation and was excellent, very professional, explained everything clearly, and was careful not to make a mess when working inside the house. Really appreciated both of their attention to detail.

Aaron has again demonstrated his expertise in solving my issue. He takes detailed notes so he can easily follow up on future visits. It is reassuring that he knows the history of my account. Terminix is fortunate to have Aaron on their team. I have made it clear that I only want Aaron working on my account going forward.

Brian Carvin was knowable and proficient. His communication was excellent prior to his arrival and while dealing the exterior of the home. I believe he found problems in our home we didn’t know existed and he was able to mitigate them from created futures problems. I would recommend this service those looking for a company that needs assistance. From the first technician out to completing the work, things were handled professionally.
