I was greeted by friendly smiles, courteous words and found both were very knowledgeable in the areas that they performed the work in my home in order to complete the termite contract that I signed with Terminix. The inspection was very thorough and professional. All questions were answered and I was given multiple options for coverage. Installation of protection was done very professionally, friendly and competently. The technician even pointed out I had just beat a colony trying to get to the house. I was impressed by how thorough they were. Price for total protection is high, but is also in the neighborhood of what I expected to pay.
