Team Terminix! Exceptional. The young men were gracious and respectful. They inspected my home with diligence. They allowed time to hear my concerns and answered all of my questions. Both the installation in the attic and pest control where handled effectively. Mr. Michael Gunter's (Pest Control Technician) professionalism, kindness and attention to detail is an asset to this field of work. I highly recommend this team! Thank you gentlemen.

I feel I was over charged for the service I received with the representative who did the home inspection quote. They cover a little bit of holes, charged me $400 and went on their way. I used to see signs of mice all on my dryer, that has changed. The biggest problem is in the kitchen and the activity is the same. Two technicians that came out were good in completing their work. Waiting for the tech to come back for his two weeks follow up and it’s going on almost 3 weeks. Will see what have with those little critters who are invading my home. I am updating my review today. Service is a-okay . They will continue to come back when you have problems. Maybe I underestimated the company. Customer service on phone is helpful.

Terminix, and specifically Maurice, has been doing a great job for us for years! I love that we always have the same technician, because now he knows all the issues my property has at different times of the year. He addresses them quickly, is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and always tells me that if anything comes up between my scheduled appointments to just let him know and he can come back! He does such a great job, we have never needed him to!

Sean Richardson was prompt, thorough, respectful of our home, and very affable. He did a GREAT job inspecting our interior 2x4 wall, scraped off old dry mud tunnels and sprayed the wood carefully. We felt much better after Sean's visit. THANK YOU Sean Doug O
