As someone who has had Terminix for 8 years (but soon to be cancelled), let me save you the trouble: they're great at collecting your money but when you actually have a pest issue, they're horrible. We have a pest issue and needed to have an inspection and they offered January 24th from 10:00am-12:00pm, they said that was the only appointment because in the evening snow would start. Totally understandable. They texted me the night before saying they would be there and to confirm and I did. Then they just....didn't show up at all. No call, no text, just a no show. When I called customer service, a very scripted bored sounded agent told me that my appointment was with "Thomas", but unfortunately she didn't have his number so couldn't tell what was going on. Absolutely horrible. Started the service with the local branch during July, this is December 16th & to date we have had 1 full service! We got the initial treatment in august & since then 2 of the appointments were not completed! The appointment after the first one was cancelled due to it raining. Was told it would be made up & it was not. They marked it complete unknown to me. The following one after that the person showed up, told me the technician I had before quit and he would be my technician going forward. 10 minutes later I received a text saying "I forgot that my manager drained the water tanks on Wednesday because we aren't allowed to spray anymore because of the winter time. I began my service with Terminix in March 2025, paying $52.55 on the 5th of each month for quarterly pest control. On September 2nd, I contacted the company to cancel my services. I was informed that my account had been cancelled and that my payment information would be removed. However, as of the end of October, I am still being contacted and threatened with collections over a $52.55 payment that should not exist. After multiple phone calls they stated the cancellation didn’t take effect until September 15th. If that’s the case why was that not mentioned when services were cancelled? This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of communication and follow-through within this office is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the company’s management. All three exterminator that have come have been very courteous, thorough, and efficient. They completed their job in a very timely manner. Thry were willing to work around my feral kitten and made sure she was safe as I couldn't catch her at the times they were at our home.

Person that came out did not do a thorough inspection for our termite protection and didn’t even spend 10 minutes properly looking at everything . Then decided to lie and say he pulled every single trap and the bait was good . Some of our stuff is completely covered by dirt and grass naturally as time progresses so it’s very easy to see that nothing was done . I have a nest doorbell that shows exactly how much time he has spent on the property . Half of that time was him sitting in his car . Very disappointed in the service that we have received from terminix and would not recommend them to a friend .
