We’ve been with Terminix for years, and the only reason we’ve stayed is our technician, Mauro. He is absolutely exceptional. He communicates clearly before, during, and after every service, always asking the right questions to make sure we’re getting the best possible care. He handles any issue thoroughly and proactively, and if something unexpected comes up, he rearranges his schedule to prioritize us and comes out right away. Mauro is incredibly reliable, cares about his customers, and consistently goes above and beyond. At one point Terminix (probably inadvertently) switched technicians on us, but we immediately contacted them to get Mauro back. He’s that good. If every company had someone like Mauro on their team, customer service would be on an entirely different level. Highly recom

My Terminix technician always does a great job. He's knowledgeable about the various bugs that inhabit our area and how to best treat for each species. He's extremely careful to not apply any treatment that isn't safe and required. And, Mauro is also very friendly. I highly recommend both Terminix and Mauro.

Before starting any work, he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and explained in detail what he was going to do, why it was necessary, and how it would help protect my home.
