Great people. Positive experience from beginning to end.

Called two weeks ago about a simple 9x6 fence for an estimate and every day being told that they haven’t figured out a price yet. For two weeks. I give up. Gladly give a better review if I get a quote of price.

As many others have said, we had someone come out to our house to take measurements and left us with an ordering book. We called them several days later to place our order and never got a call back. Called several more times and a female answered saying he was out and would call us back the following day. No call back. Called again the following week and was told by same female Gary was out of office again and would call us back in 1-2 days. Never heard back from them. After calling several times, we gave up. Waste of time

Like others have posted, my original phone call was answered by Gary. He sounded kind and knowledgeable and said he'd be out to assess the area in need of a fence in a few days and would contact me the following Monday or Tuesday. By Tuesday I didn't hear from him so I called. A female answered and told me he was out for the week. I waited a week and called back again. The same female answered again, Dottie, and said he was out of the office and she would give him the message. She talked over me and interrupted me both times I spoke with her, which was unpleasant. I have never heard from him since then, nor has he been out to assess the area in question. Wasted time trying to contact him. Pass.

Extremely disappointed in Terrace Fence. Co. Contacted them about a month and a half ago to come out for measurements and quote for a chain-link fence in Makanda and male said they would come out the next week. After not hearing from them for 3 or so weeks, called back and was told by female that the individual who does measurements/quotes likely hadn't gotten to my house but she would have him call me the next morning. About 2-3 weeks later and still nothing from them. Very unprofessional way to run a business. They ghosted me and completely wasted my time. Would not recommend.
