If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not park your car here for events or any late night activities as they will lock you out and you will have to wait until they open for business the next day. We called the overnight phone multiple times and we would have been there for over 12 hours waiting if we had not checked into a hotel. Stay far away from this lot.

That was the worst place I have ever parked in my life. First, there is no sign that shows closing time. Apparently it's 11 P.M. We tried returning to the garage around 10:50 P.M. Everything was closed. We circled the block two times before we found where we can contact them (they don't answer the phone after hours...). After someone let us in, we thought they would open the garage knowing that we are going to exit it with our car. They didn't. It took us another 30+ minutes to speak to an operator that spoke to me in the most condescending tone I have ever experienced. They had a hard time finding the right exit to open. After my third attempt buzzing them at the exit point, they let us out. It was after midnight at that point. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using their parking lot.

Do not park here! Without posting any notice, we returned to find the place locked up, no staff, no way to get to the car. No one answered the phone or called back. Long story short-others who didn’t work for the garage helped us get in, and after about an hour, were eventually allowed to pay $34 for $25 1-day parking.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Hours of operation not held. 11:20am and still not open, should be opened at 11am.

Don't park here. "Event parking" but closes at 11pm? For real? Times not clearly posted, some signs say 24hrs, others say 7-11. Poor security workers have to deal with crowds of confused, angry people every night (like my crowd of ten people who just wanted to leave) because the property is run by idiots.
