I just deleted the wonderful review I posted years ago. I just ended 16 years of service. This is no longer the company it was. Apparently the owner turned it over to his daughter. They ran me out of oil twice now. Forget about automatic delivery. They claim their new computer system is the reason I run out of oil and have to call. Inexcusable that the driver has to come in and prime my furnaces to turn on again. But it gets worse. I pay for service and had a blow motor go bad. The part was unavailable so I had to wait. That is understandable. HOWEVER, I waited and waited and finally called to see what the story was. The parts manager said he forgot about it and had to call to see if the part was available. Let Tevis know I would call them when I needed a delivery. They delivered anyways. Their price is about $1.00 per gallon more expensive then other local companies in the area. I was under the impression I was in a rate lock program, but this was not the case. They do have a rate lock program but no one offerred or explained this when I called. Very disappointed. I will not be using them in the future.

Company owner and staff friendly, but extremely lacking in true customer support. When asked to note account and temporary stop delivery for a month, and no delivery without calling, despite promise of noting account, it did no good what so ever. Delivery still made without consent one week after calling them! Untrustworthy customer service!

As winter knocks on our door, I am again glad to have Tevis Energy taking care of our heating. Have always been very pleased with Tevis. Their budget plan is great. We've never had a problem running out if oil, especially during the coldest time of the year. Always a pleasant voice on the phone.

I've been a customer for over 30 years and Tevis has been a great supplier of heating products. Their service department has kept our furnace in great shape for years. I'm happy to be one of their customers.
