He has been friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and he even takes his shoes off in our house to adhere to our traditions. I bought all of our windows for our new house from Texan Windows. From the beginning of the process Elena was extremely helpful, informative, and not to mention patient. I had many questions and she helped me understand the ins and outs of windows. The installation crew was also great. We have a metal barn, which is not their typical install and it posed a few issues compared to a stick frame house. However they were able to install the windows and they look great! There was a small issue, a window was installed in the wrong place, but they came and fixed it quickly with no hassle at all. Months later one of our windows broke (completely my own fault). They left our house clean, put together, and finished in a timely manner. Our house is older and was harder than most. They never complained OR charged extra! The greatest part is they are a local owned company! Not a franchise! We would r recommend them to anyone!

TW has supplied windows for two of our projects. Both have been very smooth and the customer service has been great. I see some neg reviews during covid but it seems that's been sorted. Elena has been great getting us quotes and making sure our orders are filled. The warehouse crew we met were great and gladly got us loaded up. Our customers are happy with the new windows!
