Pleasant experience. Real wood American made cabinets. Pre finished saved us time and money. We liked the color, and they had our cabinets in stock. The install was smooth. Great company to deal with, and great value.

DO NOT USE TEXAS CABINETS DIRECT. Worse company ever. They take your money, then FORCE YOU TO PAY BALANCE BFORE THEY WILL INSTALL.l. Then they bring cabinets but forget to make your vompkete order. Thet leave your kitchen in shambles for months. Purchased May 9th , was suppose to be instslled mid june. They losy the order and rescheduled installation July 14. Was missing cabinets when they came to install. Cabinets almost fell because not screwing it in properly. Missing shelves. The electrical plugs were already there snd cabinets were suppose to be higher to avoid covering plugs, but this is how they installed them. Doors don't match. Etc. Total rip off and scam. It's been 3 months going into 4th month now with cabinets still not there. They don't answer or return calla. Poor

Hello , I’m writing regarding my concerns with my cabinet installation. To date nothing has happened the way it was promised. I had previously emailed letting the sales department known the old cabinets had been removed and that if an opening date came up they could begin early. I received no reply. I emailed days before asking if everything was still on schedule. I received no reply. Some of my cabinets were dropped off on the correct date. When the delivery drivers asked where I wanted them I asked where the installation crew were and was told they were right behind them and would be there soon. I told them in that case to leave them in the back yard on the porch. There were several doors and cabinets missing. Hours passed with my cabinets outside and finally I enlisted the help of ne

Thank you, Texas Cabinets Direct! I found them through a friend. They did such a beautiful job for her kitchen so I stopped in to check out what they had. I got a quote on the spot. The quality was great and the price was less than half of what I was going to pay Home Depot. I was expecting to wait but they had everything they designed for me and my cabinets were installed two weeks later. Now I'm going to do my bathrooms too.

I love my new white kitchen cabinets! They are well made and I got them at a great price! David came out and measured our kitchen and emailed me a design based on my wishes along with an estimate. This was done in a very timely manner. David went beyond the call of duty to answer my questions. I did consult a couple of other cabinet makers who wanted me to send in the measurements of our kitchen and then they would help design our kitchen cabinets with me over the phone. The assembling and installation of the cabinets would have been done by us. If they agreed to assemble and install the cabinets at all, it was at a much higher price than Texas Factory Direct. The estimate David gave for installation of the cabinets was very reasonable. The installers were courteous and efficient. I did
