I always make it a point to support local family-owned businesses, especially as a small business operator. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with the Texas Floor Store and was extremely satisfied with the job they did. After years of neglect, Gregg and his crew did a fantastic job refinishing my hardwood floors. They were punctual and communicated well throughout the entire process. The team was friendly and professional, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. I will use them again in the future!

I can't say enough good things about Gregg and the Texas Floor Store. Honest, reliable and quality all come to mind when I think of our experience with him and his team. Our installation of LVP in our entire house went smoothly and the finished product is beyond beautiful. I highly recommend Gregg and his team.

Greg is wonderful to work with and his team does great tile and harwood flooring work!I dont know about the negazitve comment about a car wash incident..... that is obviously about a diffeent business - no one works there by that name that I even know. Greg came out and laid new floors in for our 3-story townhome: Tile (wood style) floors on the first and throw floors. Wood on the second. and redid 2 tile bathrooms. all super professional and better than the townhome construction company did when they were new. support small buisnesses and support local!

I would love to be able to review this vendor's actual quality of work and service, but after 3 months of trying to get in contact with them, crickets. I've gone by the store which was only open one time and completed a request for quote form with the young lady there. She mentioned I would need to be patient and I said that I would because I was in no hurry, but I didn't realize that she meant I literally would never hear from them again! I've called the number at least a half dozen times during work hours and they never answer the phone and do not even have voice mail set up. I've heard good things from others that have used this store, but so far the ability to even consider them has not been a great experience. Hopefully, they are not out of business.
