POOL WHISPERER: Jared Morris with Texas Pool Star has been outstanding to work with over the last few years. Prior to Texas Pool Star we experienced various problems keeping our pool and spa balanced, especially through the hot summers. We had had issues with water clarity, staining on the pebble tech surfaces, and even “green” pool from time to time. Our pool gets lots of leaves & pollen due to many surrounding trees. Jared says each pool has its own personality and that there’s not a one size fits all approach. He has certainly conquered our issues and works very collaboratively with us to maintain it. We have utilized Texas Pool Star and Jared Morris for maintenance of our pool for 3-3 1/2 years. He does the work himself for his own company, which I like, and does a great job with our pool. A few times we encountered a pool problem, he's responded and been helpful to us. He is reliable and trustworthy as well.
