Heath and his team are great & very professional. And their build quality is excellent. For our POA they built an Apex Predator & custom wagon style trailer with everything needed to keep our 1400 acres community clean. 4' surface cleaner under the Predator for sidewalks (turn sideways on the actuator we use it to clean the swales), 3- 12gpm iGX800, 525gal reservoir (for areas without spigots), the Hermes D-curb cleaner & a softwash system (for the bridge sides). Moving from a 8gpm, 24" surface cleaner, to the Predator (4' surface cleaner) & 36gpm, we are able to get 3 days work done in 4 hours. Easily a week in a day, if near a water source. I have had a phenomenal experience dealing with Heath, Polly and Troy. They have been exceptionally patient with my questions, and have walked me through any issues I have had. TPWS is not the closest PW store to me, but after reviewing their offerings, I knew it was a place that I wanted to do business with. TPWS manufactures a fair amount of their own equipment. My first large flat work job with their 26” Triton surface cleaner went very well. The surface cleaner is not only assembled with the best parts, but it has a gorgeous paint job. I have price shopped their offerings other places, and when comparing apples to apples, and customer service, TPWS is my favorite supplier. Worth the drive.
