We had our floors done in our master bedroom and bathroom back in December 2021. At first they seemed fine, 6 months after installing, the boards in the bathroom were separating and we had to have them come back out to repair. That was disappointing but not horrible seeing as they did come and rectify it. Fast forward to now, November 2025 and the boards in the master bedroom are literally falling apart and popping up in high traffic areas. We had another guy come take a look and he was shocked to see that they had not leveled our floors before install or used underlayment of any kind. We are way out of their warranty range now and we are going to have the floors replaced now by someone else at a huge expense. This company is everything you ever wanted for a floor replacement job. Shelly was fantastic in helping us with product selection. Their 3-man crew was outstanding. Demo and installation was very organized. They were respectful of our belongings and very efficient in their work, and they cleaned up after themselves.

We contacted Dusten about a timeline for getting new floors for the whole house, since we needed them as soon as possible. He said it would be about 2 weeks. Other places wouldn’t even give a timeline without ordering the materials first. He came out to the house, did measurements, my husband chose the flooring (LVP) and he had it on order all in the same day. We emailed him on a Sunday and this was a Tuesday. The materials arrived, were dropped off and flooring installation was completed just 13 days after our initial conversation with him. Amazing turnaround and the floors look fantastic. As an added bonus, we saved close to $5,000 from other estimates we had done from big box stores. We were in the market for new flooring to replace our existing tile and carpet in our home. We were initially interested in wood like tile but we weren't sure that was in our budget. We decided to check out Texas Pride Custom Floors as they are local and we had heard good things. We worked with Brett and PJ on the different selections that they had to offer. Once we were in the store we really fell in love with the waterproof laminate selection that they had to offer. Their team did a great job explaining the benefits to the laminate and in the end that was going to be the best fit for us. We took home a few samples and by the end of the day we had made a selection. Within a few hours of making our selection PJ sent over the proposal and we accepted. The next day we put down the deposit an
