One of their trucks hauling gravel recklessly damaged my vehicle. Their COO, Ross Hutson, said he’d address it but now has gone against his word and has yet to call me back.
This company has always provided our chain of stores great service…
We Called to have someone who knew how to program the pump to come out and check our pump system. They sent a technician that knew nothing about programming and then turned in an invoice for over 4.5 hours of work. They charged us for 2.5 hours of labor for driving time when We are located only 65 miles from them. Pump still doesn’t work. Job was incomplete. They are not a good company and honestly feel we were taken advantage of. Would not recommend them.
