My wife and I had Cupp Roofing come by to fix our roof. Great experience overall. They were attentive, professional, friendly, and honest. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for another job.

TG Cupp was one of several roofing companies I called to look at a leak we had. Two weeks after the original call and not hearing from them they called after apparently having visited and "caulked" something that was fixed a week earlier by another local roofer. They then billed for this charge even though no communication or agreement for the repair was given. Highly unethical and will not be contacting or recommending them for any future issues.

Came and supposedly fixed my roof. Less than a month later its leaking in the same spot. Called and asked why my roof was leaking they stated that they do not garauntee their work and wanted to charge me again to look at it. Very terrible experience with a terrible company.

The biggest home improvement mistake I ever made was hiring this company to do a roof.
