Following a recent windstorm that resulted in the loss of two bundles of shingles, we contacted TGR for repairs. They responded promptly, provided a detailed and transparent estimate, and completed the work efficiently and professionally. I hired TGR to assess and recommend roofing for my property. There were three roofs of concern and I had asked for their guidance on best product for area and construction of building where the roofing would be applied. One of those building had a fire in the kitchen. When the ceiling was removed there was mold growth at the opposite end of the building where TGR had installed TPO roofing using PALISADE UDL creating a double barrier that did not allow any ventilation from inside to outside. TGR had removed metal roofing and installed OSB sheeting so they were aware of the insulation type that was there and did not advise on changing that insulation nor did they opt to use fiber board or other material that would have allowed for ventilation.
