The Appliance Technician

Initial call with Tammy the receptionist was fantastic that instilled confidence from the very start. It continued with Walter’s introduction when he arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable of my specific built in refrigerator and the probable cause of its problem. The issue was resolved right away, He demonstrated all the qualities with whom I find a complete pleasure doing business. I will not hesitate to entrust all my appliance repairs to Walter/The Appliance Technician. .

Called to schedule appointment. Easy communication. Able to schedule and have technician out to my location promptly. Allegedly repaired refrigerator and took payment. Refrigerator worked for less than 24 hours. Attempted to contact again, no response. Will not use again.

I have been using The Appliance Technician Company for over 10 years and have been extremely impressed and satisfied with there work. They are reliable, knowledgeable and can fix just about anything. I would highly recommend them. I had used other service companies in the past and it was until I found The Appliance Technician did I finally get some peace of mind knowing that they know what they are doing and my appliance was going to be fix and up and running.

I would rate The Appliance Technician with negative stars if that option were available, but I found the company to be INCOMPETENT, IRRESPONSIBLE and UNACCOUNTABLE. In mid-September I took a chance on The Appliance Technician who said that they could come out that very day to repair my KitchenAid wall oven. Chris arrived promptly and found that the control panel (the "brain") no longer functioned. He then ordered a replacement from Whirlpool (KitchenAid's parent company) and would return when he got the new part. I paid $161.96 as he asked, the rest due when the job was complete. Visit no. 1. Three weeks or so later Chris arrived with the new part, installed it on the oven, but after testing it, informed me that he had ordered the wrong part because Whirlpool's numbering system for parts

Very professional. Diagnosed and repaired quickly. Parts were available in a timely manner. I never had to check on their status. They kept me informed along the way.
