The Barn Yard

I recently purchased a shed from The Barn Yard in Bethel and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. After dealing with a competing company (on Route 7) that gave me marginal service. The salesperson didn’t seem to care about the possible sale and their site inspector told me it would be impossible to deliver or install a shed at my location I turned to The Barn Yard. What a difference. Austin, my salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Megan coordinated delivery and was incredibly flexible, making scheduling a breeze. When it came time for installation, Alex and Andy did a phenomenal job. They tackled the tricky terrain that their competition said was “impossible” and made it look easy. The installation was complete

If 10/10 was an option, I would do it. This company is thoroughly organized and actively communicated step by step in terms of financing, delivery, and final purchase. The delivery drivers were amazing in addition to the secretarial staff. Thanks so much!

Great quality craftsmanship with great attention to detail and amazing customer service. They really go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. *Louis even mailed me a spare set of keys when I had misplaced mine. Very attentive and highly recommend.

The buildings they have are nice. The customer service is horrible. I bought two sheds from them and both times they gave me earlier times of delivery and they were literally four hours late. I had people standing around and paying them. I kept calling them and they just made excuse after excuse. Horrible customer service.

I've purchased a shed and a 20 x 14 gazebo from the barn yard. I'm happy with both. I had thier guys do the pad and mine and their's was better. I also chose the unpainted wooden gazebo. I hired a painter and it took them nearly 2 weeks with 3 people working on itfor around $2000.
