We almost exclusively source our hardscape materials from The Brickyard. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond to support contractors in the field. The service, product selection, and reliability they provide make a big difference for companies like ours. I rarely write reviews but I had to compliment Brickyard on their wonderful service. We recently purchased concrete pavers from them (as well as the sand and gravel to lay the base) and the employees at Brickyard were so friendly and helpful and easy to work with. We were treated like we mattered and everyone always took the time to answer our questions and help us out. 10/10 customer service and we love the look of our pavers!

We bought a few pallets of bricks from the brickyard, didn’t have a problem. Went back for more, they sold us a pallet full of broken bricks that we could not use. Obviously we could not see the bricks all broken up as they were strapped and wrapped. Once we unwrapped the pallet of bricks and noticed they were all broken and unusable, we contacted the brickyard and was told “there’s nothing we can do”. They wouldn’t give us any type of credit or discount towards buying another pallet of bricks from them. To spend money several times, then be treated like that is pretty disappointing. We will have to find a different company to do business with from now on.
