I have used Andy at The Bucket List LLC for several projects over the last few years. He has always been prompt, fairly priced, and performed the agreed work with excellent attention to detail. Until recently... I hired him to repair damaged drywall and insulation when a tenant flooded the bathroom. He responded quickly and performed the work as agreed and I paid him immediately. I asked for a written invoice to provide to my insurance provider. I had to ask him for this invoice more than five times and it took over three weeks for him to provide it. Also, he did a screen porch repair that I was happy with. Except the tenant noticed he didn't put weatherstripping at the top of the door so there is a gap letting bugs in and defeating the purpose of a screen porch. It's been over a month now

I called Andy in an extreme emergency, and he not only dropped everything and handled my issue, but he did so with excellent communication, speed and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone in need of someone skilled with good character. Thanks Andy!
