They get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'm done working with them. Today they dropped a delivery without even telling me it was going to be delivered AND dropped it to the WRONG HOUSE.

Overall a very positive experience. Counter help was good, materials loaded in a timely manner and all were of good quality. I was really impressed with the order and cleanliness of the yard. That speaks volumes to the values of the business.

We bought 4 large windows and a French door at a cost of nearly $7000. The quality and workmanship is truly second rate, not as advertised in their show room. We contacted the store manager with our concerns and he agreed to replace the defects with a higher grade material. It has been sitting on our deck for over 3 weeks and the store manager will not reply to our emails. I would never buy another product from them nor would I recommend anyone else. Apparently The Building Center is only concerned about making a sale and not their reputation.

I've had an account with these guys for 8 years and until today had no problems but unfortunately that has changed. I went to purchase $900 in material and had previously cleared an over the phone payment from the homeowner but when I arrived to buy the material there was another woman at the front and she wouldn't allow the payment. Yes I know I should have the money to buy material but because of Covid my company took a hit and I'm just getting back to steady work. Cost me the job and for that I won't be buying from them anymore. Thanks, hope you have a wonderful Christmas, you sure as hell made sure mine won't be.

I wouldnt build a dog house using this company. Im a builder who had been buying from a competitor. Decided to give the building center a try, as I had built a relationship in the past with one of the salesman, from previous mutual employer. Start to finish framing has been a complete nightmare, salesman has no business doing takeoffs. House was of the smaller persuasion and got sent out first load no where near the material we needed. Had im gonna say 10 fillin orders for a small house that should have had maybe 2-3 at most. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my 25+ years building. By not sending the correct lumber causing extra cost to my customer as we had to continue to order material as prices of material continued to climb. Now the framing is complete f
