Worst cleaning service on the planet! Their cleaners filled my sink up with grill grates, water, and excessive weight. They collapsed my sink and flooded my kitchen. Owner ultimately said it was the way my sink was installed, and didn’t even apologize. Horrible!

Today Alyssa and Vivi came to my office to clean. I was blown away. I’ve never seen such a high level of detail. The hard work they put into the job went well above and beyond. I would easily recommend them and cleaning authority to anybody in need of a cleaning service. It was nice to see a company that has people that can do their job so well. Thank you. VES

Hope and Robin were great! They covered just about every room and did an excellent job with all of our bathrooms. Our house looks, feels and smells clean! I am a senior caring for my 90 year old father and managing a house almost 3,000 sqft is daunting now for me. To have everything cleaned in one day is so amazing! It took me a week to clean everything and by the time I finished, it was time to go back to the first area I cleaned. I am grateful for their help and hopefully as we become more familiar with each other, things will continue to get better and easier for everyone. I am beyond thankful that we signed up with The Cleaning Authority. As a college house, there is naturally always a mess or a mysterious stickiness to the floors.
